No Credibility in Victorian Courts

The Credibility in Victoria's Legal System no longer exists after a decision handed down in a Victorian Court This Week. A magistrate with 24 years experience pleaded guilty to assault and intentionally causing damage to a neighbor's Range Rover. A series of Incidents over Dog Droppings Included the Magistrate challenging his neighbor to get out of his Vehicle. After which the Magistrate threw a punch through the window which was blocked by the male driver and After charges were laid by Police the Magistrate went to the Victims home and deliberately scratched the Victims car as payback.

The Magistrate's Defence Counsel said the Magistrate was suffering delayed onset grief over his mother who died 34 years ago in 1975!!!!. Surely they can't be serious at using this excuse, which is totally ridiculous. The Victorian Magistrate was only sentenced to a 2 Year Good Behavior Bond; you would have to say that the Magistrate received the Sentence because of who he was rather than what he had done. This is a Common Occurrence in The Legal System, if you happen to be a Sports Star, Television Personality or a High Profile Businessman you will receive a Lenient Sentence compared to a member of the General Public and this is what happened with the Victorian Magistrate's Sentence.

The Court's decisions are not based on evidence relating to what has occurred, it is related to who you are and what your Status happens to be in Society.
